We accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
All orders are shipped from our location in California via USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. Third party carrier options are available upon request. (Please contact us in advance for the additional information and its arrangement)
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories: Only standard delivery is available. All packages are sent via United States Postal Services. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Where's my order?
We appreciate your patience. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Tracking numbers for your order shipments become available once our carrier partners pick up the packages for delivery. We'll send an email to you as items in your order ship, and this will contain a link to the most up-to-date tracking information for your order. You can also check your order status to get the latest shipping and tracking info.
TZIN 's online returns portal can onlybe used to return items purchased online at www.TZIN.com.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
TZIN is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
